Learn though playing.
Paper Town is a educational board game designed for kids from 9-12 to learn about energy power plants and how to choose them for different cities. As the nuclear energy issue is inportant both in Taiwan and Germany, we hope to iuntroduce the topic of energy and sustainability early into the kid's education journey, ensuring them to make the right decision in the future.

Paper as connection.
The map is a simple printing paper, as the most accesible material you can find in classrooms. students are challenged to come up with creative ways to reach the goal.

Light up buildings.
As the coal in pencil are detected through the sensor put under the housing 3D printed buildings, the compartment inside lights up, indicates that the electricity is distributed successfully.

Concept Video.
Paper Town is an educational board game designed to teach kids in school about sustainability and energy at an early age. By placing different energy power plant to the fitting area on the map, distribute energy to make the city run at a most energy efficient and eco-friendly way.

Paper Town is a project created in Berlin, Germany during the study in Weisensee kunsthuchule Berlin. the project is displayed in huashan as part of the MOE Scholarship Program for Overseas Study in Arts and Design exhibition.
